Terms of service
The short version: use your mailbox like a decent person, pay your fee, and we keep it running and private. Last updated: 11 July 2026.
The service
GrafMails, a service of Grafclouds, provides private email mailboxes on @grafmails.com or on your own domain, accessible via webmail and standard IMAP/SMTP/POP3.
Fair use
- Your mailbox is for legitimate personal or business correspondence. No spam, no bulk unsolicited mail, no phishing, no malware distribution, no illegal content.
- Abuse that threatens the service or its deliverability for other customers (for example mass mailing that damages IP reputation) may lead to suspension after a warning — or immediately in severe cases.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your password and your offline recovery key safe. Because of how your mailbox is protected, losing both can mean losing access to your mail — we cannot open it for you.
- Keep your payment and contact details current so we can reach you about your account.
Our responsibilities
- We run the service with care and aim for continuous availability, but like every email provider we can't promise zero downtime. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
- We honor the commitments in our privacy policy — no scanning, no ads, no data mining.
Billing & cancellation
- Mailboxes are billed on a simple recurring fee agreed at setup. No hidden charges.
- You can cancel any time. Your mail stays exportable via IMAP until the end of the paid period; after closure the mailbox and its backups are deleted on their normal rotation schedule.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the content of mail sent to or by you.
Changes
If these terms change materially, we notify you by mail before the change takes effect. Continued use after that date means acceptance.
